Advertiser Disclosure
1. INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE
This Advertise Policy ("Policy") governs all commercial advertising arrangements on the website Tripphilia.com ("Website"), owned and operated by Hydra Travels Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), an independent travel agency. Hydra Travels Inc. holds ARC Accreditation No. 45572424. Tripphilia.com is not an airline and does not provide air carrier services.
This Policy applies to all prospective and current advertising partners ("Advertiser"), media buyers, programmatic networks, affiliated publishers, and any party seeking paid promotional placement or content distribution on the Website.
All advertising activity on the Website is subject to this Policy, applicable federal and state laws of the United States, Federal Trade Commission ("FTC") guidelines, and platform-specific standards. Submission of an advertising request constitutes acceptance of this Policy in its entirety.
2. ADVERTISER ELIGIBILITY
The following eligibility standards apply to all Advertisers. Non-compliance with any criterion constitutes grounds for rejection or removal of advertising content.

4. CONTENT STANDARDS AND PROHIBITIONS
4.1 Mandatory Content Requirements
All advertising content submitted for placement on the Website must comply with the following mandatory standards:
- All claims must be factually accurate, substantiated, and non-misleading.
- Sponsored content must carry a clear, conspicuous disclosure such as "Sponsored," "Advertisement," or "Paid Promotion" per FTC 16 CFR Part 255.
- Advertiser contact information must be accurate and accessible to consumers.
- Pricing claims must reflect actual current prices and include all mandatory fees.
- Any testimonials or endorsements must reflect genuine experiences and comply with FTC guidance.
- All creative assets must be submitted in approved formats and dimensions per Section 3.

7. PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS
Advertising rates are not publicly listed and are subject to change. Rates are provided upon inquiry and governed by a signed Insertion Order ("IO").

8. PERFORMANCE METRICS AND REPORTING

Reporting data is sourced from Company-side analytics systems. Third-party verification is acceptable where agreed in the IO. Discrepancies exceeding 10% must be reported within 15 calendar days of report delivery.
9. ADVERTISER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
9.1 Advertiser Rights
- Receive confirmation of ad placement within 24 hours of live date.
- Access monthly performance reports for the duration of the campaign.
- Request one round of creative modifications per campaign at no additional charge.
- Receive notice of any editorial changes that materially affect the placement context.
9.2 Advertiser Obligations
- Submit accurate and complete creative materials by agreed deadlines.
- Ensure all submitted materials comply with this Policy and applicable law.
- Maintain advertised services, pricing, and availability for the campaign duration.
- Notify Company promptly of any material changes to advertised products or services.
- Indemnify Company for claims arising from Advertiser-submitted content.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
10.1 Advertiser IP: Advertiser retains all intellectual property rights in submitted creative materials. By submitting materials, Advertiser grants Hydra Travels Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute the materials solely for campaign fulfillment purposes.
10.2 Company IP: The Tripphilia.com name, logo, trademarks, and proprietary design elements remain the exclusive property of Hydra Travels Inc. Advertisers may not use Company IP without express written consent.
10.3 Third-Party IP: Advertiser warrants that submitted materials do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. Company accepts no liability for IP infringement arising from Advertiser-supplied content.
11. EDITORIAL INDEPENDENCE
Advertising relationships do not influence editorial content on Tripphilia.com. Travel reviews, destination rankings, flight or hotel recommendations, and editorial opinions are determined independently of advertising relationships. Company does not accept payment in exchange for positive editorial coverage.

12. TERMINATION AND REMOVAL
Hydra Travels Inc. reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or remove any advertising material at its sole discretion, including where:
- Advertising content violates this Policy or applicable law.
- Advertiser misrepresents products, services, or pricing.
- Company receives credible consumer or regulatory complaints regarding the Advertiser.
- A force majeure event prevents campaign delivery.
In the event of removal for Policy violation, no refund will be issued. In the event of removal for reasons attributable to Company, a pro-rated refund will be issued for undelivered impressions.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Hydra Travels Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from advertising relationships. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Advertiser for the specific campaign giving rise to the claim, measured over the prior 30-day period.

15. POLICY AMENDMENTS
Hydra Travels Inc. reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Amendments take effect upon posting to the Website. Advertisers with active campaigns will receive written notice of material amendments at least 14 calendar days prior to the effective date. Continued participation in advertising programs after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
